We had to add Céline Dion to the list. Since the 80s, she’s been Quebec’s brightest star. She is probably the most recognized Quebec signer of all time. In 2003, she had already 11 albums under her belt. Tout l’or des hommes was the first single from her album 1 fille & 4 types and stayed number one for 8 weeks in a row in Quebec.
9Les Cowboys fringants – Les Étoiles filantes (2004)
This song was on the La Grand-Messe album, their 8th studio album. The song was a huge hit and won them an ADISQ Award for Popular Song of the Year.
