He’s won the Ligue 1 award for Player of the Year and won French Player of the Year. He also plays for France during the international circuit so keep an eye out for him at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia!

Thierry Henry

Thierry Henry is a retired footballer player. He played for 20 years in France, Italy, Spain, England and in the United States in some of the world’s best teams including Arsenal FC and FC Barcelona. This 6’2” hottie played forward and is Arsenal FC’s all-time record goalscorer. He is now the second assistant manager for Belgium’s national team. Unfortunately, ladies, he is unavailable since he’s been dating Bosnian model Andrea Rajacic since 2008 (and they have a child together).

Camille Lacourt

This tall glass of water (he’s 6’5”!!) is a retired Olympic swimmer. His specialty is the backstroke and he’s won three consecutive world championships for the 50-meter race. Morgan Parra

Morgan Parra is a rugby player from Metz. His nickname is ‘le merdeux’ (the shithead). The captain of team France nicknamed him because he likes to bother and annoy his teammates in a playful way. He has another nickname, ‘le petit général’ (the little general) because he is very vocal on the field. His father was a rugby player so that’s where his love for the game comes from. He now plays for ASM Clermont Auvergne but he also played for CS Bourgoin-Jallieu and has won many tournaments.

Tony Parker

This handsome Belgian is a professional basketball player who played for France and the United States. He now plays for the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA. He started his NBA career in 2001 and quickly became their starting point guard. He’s won 4 championships (2003, 2005, 2007, and 2014). This 6’2” champion has really good genes: his father was a basketball player and his great-uncle was a gold medalist rower. He married actress Eva Longoria in 2007 but they divorced in 2010. Tony is not only a basketball player but he also released a hip-hop album.

Yohan Cabaye

Yohan Cabaye is a professional footballer who’s been playing for the English club Crystal Palace since 2015. This central midfielder started playing football at six years old with Tourcoing FC and continued in the club’s youth academy until he became a professional player. He got his love of football from his father who also played football professionally but had to end his career abruptly when he got a double leg fracture. He has 4 daughters and is now with Laëtitia Bernardini.

Kevin Rolland

Kevin Rolland is a French freestyle skier best known for his wild tricks on the half-pipe. He’s never won a gold medal at the Olympics but he’s had his fair share of gold medals in the international circuit. This risk-taker is a real pioneer of the sport in his native France. He loves freestyle skiing but he also has a passion for free-diving. He can keep his breath underwater for more than 5 minutes!

Arnaud Clément

This retired tennis pro first started his professional career in 1996 right after he finished his collegial studies. His career highlight came in 2001 when he was in the men’s final at the Australian Open. He has incredible resilience since he was diagnosed with unilateral coloboma at 13 months old (which almost left him blind) but he persisted and didn’t hold himself back to work to becoming a pro tennis player. He wore sunglasses during his matches to protect his eyes. He was represented by Lacoste and he appeared in many of their prints and campaigns. He’s been in a relationship with Nolwenn Leroy, a French singer, since 2008.

Kevin Mayer

Kevin Mayer is a track and field athlete who specializes in decathlons and heptathlons. This youngster is only 26 years old but he’s already proved that he’s a force to be reckoned with. He won silver in the 2016 Rio Olympics. He had great success in youth championships and the European championships. In 2017, he won the European Athletics Indoor Championship and became the European record holder in the heptathlon.

Florent Malouda

Florent Malouda is from an overseas department of French in South America called French Guiana. This hunky footballer plays left wing for FC Differdange 03 in Luxembourg. Most of his career was with the Lyon and Chelsea clubs where he won 4 consecutive Ligue 1 titles. Unfortunately, he is married and has three daughters.

Antoine Griezmann

Another gorgeous footballer! Antoine Griezmann plays for Atlético Madrid and the French national team. He started his career in 2009 with Real Sociedad and won the title in his first year. After joining Atlético (for a record of €30 million), Griezmann won Best Player in 2016 in La Ligua, he won the 2016 Best FIFA Men’s PLayer and the 2016 Ballon d’Or. He is a father and is happily married to Erika Choperena. Sigh!

Ronald Zubar

We don’t know why there are so many good-looking French footballers but here’s another one: Ronald Zubar. This Guadeloupean is currently with the Red Star FC and plays defence. He started his career in the Ligue 2 with Caen. His team was able to move to the Ligue 1 but after their season they were last so they went back down to Ligue 2. He changed teams for Marseille (a Ligue 1 team), then transferred to the English team Wolverhampton Wanderers and then to Ajaccio and finally the New York City Red Bulls.

Richard Gasquet

Richard Gasquet is a professional tennis player. He turned pro in 2002 after he won the Junior World Championship and was ranked number 1 in the juniors (he was only 15!). He had a few ups and downs in his career, notably a stint with cocaine and some struggles with numerous injuries. He has his own foundation (the Richard Gasquet Foundation) so he can help underprivileged children build a future with the help of sports.

Martin Fourcade

Martin Fourcade is an Olympic and world champion biathlete. He’s the most successful French athlete who’s been at the Olympics of all time. He is the most recognized biathlon athlete of all time: he won seven crystal globes. He grew up in the Pyréneés-Orientales, growing up in the perfect environment to practice sports and to be in nature. He started skiing to copy his older brother but quickly surpassed him. He is happily married and has two daughters with his wife Hélène.

Zinedine “Zizou” Zidane is a retired football player who now manages the Real Madrid team. When he played football professionally, he played for Cannes, Bordeaux, Juventus and Real Madrid as well as with the French national team. He’s known as the best European footballer of the last 50 years and has won numerous awards for his accomplishments. He’s also known for his infamous headbutt during the World Cup final against an Italian player, his final game as a professional football player.
